ARRIVAL

For any salon service, required arrival time is 5min prior to your appointment.

For any spa service, required arrival time is 15min earlier in order to fill out necessary paperwork and to change for the session.

Late arrival more than 15mins might cause your treatment to be shortened from a service time or it can be automatically cancelled & scheduled for another client.

ACCOMPANYING Anyone accompanying you to Salon Beauty Time is welcome to wait for you in our waiting area.

CHILDREN PRESENCE Children under 12years old are not permitted in the Salon.

PETS Bringing pets in the salon is not permitted by law of the Ministry of Health.

SMOKING It is not permitted.

MOBILE PHONES For the purpose of enjoying your treatment & not disrupting other clients, please turn your mobile phone off while in the Spa & Nail Lounge. 

GOOD TO KNOW If    you   are receiving a body wrap, Hammam, Make Up, Facial or salt glow, do not shave or wax at least 8 hours prior to treatment.

In case you did shave yourself or waxed in other salon, we will not bare any responsibility.

After having a pedicure, we advise that you do not wear closed shoes, for at least 24hours, as it can cause inflammation on your toes.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

For your convenience, shower is available for you to use before and/or after treatment. If you wish to shower in between treatments, please notify our receptionist scheduling your treatments to allow enough time for you to do so.

CONSULTATION FORMS

It is compulsory a client to sign a Consultation Form prior to any service where it will be required: SPA, Facial, Hair, Lash Extensions, Perming.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Purchased: Memberships, packages, gift vouchers, pre-paid cards, services or products are not refundable or exchangeable with other services or products.

Any paid Membership bills must be signed by a client upon the payment and also every bill of redemption must be signed on each redeeming session.

SPECIAL TERMS BRIDAL’S & COMPANION’S PACKAGES

Security deposit to be paid in advance, which is 50% of the total package and it is not refundable in any case, for any reason or time of cancellation.

Second half payment (2nd 50% of the package) must be paid minimum 15days before the wedding date:

  1. In case of the cancellation less than 1 week before the wedding date, this payment is not refundable.
  1. If cancellation is more than 7days before the wedding date, refundable amount will be 25% of the second half of 50% payment of the package.

  We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa and Debit Card

Upon Payment for the services or products we will require as a compulsory you to sign our salon & spa policy.

GRATUITIES Leaving gratuity is always up to your discretion.
